Giggitea 14 Day Slimming Program

I realise it's been quite a while since I've blogged. I've been busy with Josh & my radio show as some of you may already know. Today I'm taking the time to tell you about how I'm losing weight with Giggitea. Whilst I've neglected my blog for quite some time now this has been the perfect opportunity to get back at it again as everyone has been asking me, and I mean everyone, about how I found the program.

I've always wanted to try a skinny tea, but all of them include caffeine and for a severe anxiety sufferer like myself, caffeine is a big no no!!! Giggitea is caffeine free and has proven to be the tea for me. So any of you panickers out there, if you fancy a weight loss program with no added stimulants then you may have found the one.

There are two Giggitea programs, detox & slimming and I'm currently reviewing the slimming. But if you enjoy this post don't worry as I will also review the detox soon too. The program is basically one cup a day, preferably morning, so it becomes routine.

Below is my before and after transformation and which may not seem like a lot to any of you guys is the difference between a 36D & a 34C, a dress size 10 & a dress size 8, and last but not least, a frown and a smile. 

But the tea alone isn't going to make you lose a miracle amount of weight, you gotta cut out the McDonalds, Chinese takeaways & most of all cut out as much sugar as you can during the program. 


If you're worrying about how the tea tastes, I may not be the right person to ask as I actually enjoy green tea anyway. I drank mine with a spoonful of sugar. I know, I know, I just contradicted myself slightly but hey, you can drink it with honey.

It tastes like nature with a hint of lemon....

So anyway, during my program, I ate normally. Here's how my daily routine went:
  • 2 eggs in the morning
  • A multivitamin
  • A bowl of peas & a cup of soup at lunch
  • A normal dinner at dinner time etc pasta or mash & beans
  • One aloe vera colon cleanser at night before went to bed
And yes folks, I did indulge in the odd treat. Also, I was prone to a bit of excessive shape throwing on a few nights out so I'm sure that counts as exercise, ha!

All you really need to do is cut out the crap and let the tea work it's magic. If you're serious about detoxing your body and shedding a few pounds I recommend the slimming program 100%. Along with it I took Aloe Vera Colon Cleansers which I found to be miracle workers along with the tea. WARNING: the tablets are the worst tasting thing on this planet, but, like I say, if you're going to be serious about it, no pain no gain!

If you're like me and you have a lot of sweet cravings, I drank a cup of normal tea when I had a craving. I, like a lot of other people have a sweet tooth, nearly even as bad as Josh's!

I have a fear of weighing myself as I used endlessly weigh myself when I was a teenager. My parents threw out the scales when they seen my unhealthy obsession. So those of you who want to know how much lbs I lost, all you may know is that I went from a size 10 to a size 8 during the program.

My body isn't only fitting into my old clothes again, (CAN I GET A HALLELUJAH?) but I also feel totally refreshed and my energy levels are back to normal. And for that, I'm giving it another go! Detox, come at me!
